Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are provided to ensure a smooth and professional service experience for our valued customers

  • Service Delivery: The service will be delivered within 72 hours of booking confirmation. In case of any delay, Driver Nao will inform you within 24 hours of the booking.
  • Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable.
  • Staff Interaction: Customers must not mistreat our staff. If any mistake occurs by the staff, Driver Nao will take full responsibility and handle the matter.
  • Extra Hours Usage: If service exceeds the extra hour limit, additional charges will apply according to the selected package.
  • Emergency Hours: If a driver is brought in during an emergency, Driver Nao will not charge any extra fee. This is part of our moral responsibility.
  • Late Payment Penalty: A late fee of BDT 100 per day will be charged if the payment is overdue by more than 5 days.
  • Advance Booking: To confirm service for a specific month, an advance payment of BDT 100 is required. The remaining amount can be paid at the end of the month.
  • Service Cancellation: You can cancel the service at any time by contacting our customer support. In such cases, payment will be calculated based on the number of service days used.
  • Monthly Payment Cycle: Your service package renews on the 25th of each month. For the first month, you’ll only pay for the days used up to the 25th. From the next month, full payment will be due on the 25th of each month.
  • Payment Process: Driver Nao will contact you for payment collection. Please follow the invoice details and pay accordingly. Our drivers are not authorized to collect payments. If any payment is given to the driver, Driver Nao will not be held responsible.
  • Road Accidents: If our driver causes damage during operation, Driver Nao will compensate the loss.
  • Driver’s Mistake: If the driver makes any mistake, Driver Nao takes full responsibility. You can contact our customer support, and your issue will be resolved promptly. You are not required to handle the matter on your own.
  • Advance Payment to Driver: Customers are not allowed to provide any form of advance payment to drivers. If done, Driver Nao will not be held responsible. If a driver needs an advance, arrangements will be made by Driver Nao.
  • Out-of-Town Travel: If drivers are taken out of town, customers are requested to contact customer service. We will arrange the driver's accommodation and meals, and customers are required to cover the expenses.
  • Replacement Requests: If a customer is dissatisfied with a driver, they may request a replacement through customer support. Replacements are subject to availability.
  • Safety Assurance: Driver Nao ensures that all drivers are verified and trained. However, customers are encouraged to report any concerns immediately to our support team.
  • Blacklist Authority: Driver Nao reserves the right to blacklist any client if necessary.
